It's a blister. Go get Orabase at a drug store and use it as the box instructs.
If they don't have that brand, ask them to show you something, in the "oral"
section of the store, that protects a mouth sore. If it doesn't go away in 2
months (8 weeks), see your doctor.

It's a nose pimple. Put a warm cloth on it, 3 times a day or more.
If a cloth won't fit in your nose, use a Q-tip, dipped in warm water.
If it doesn't go away in 2 months (8 weeks), see your doctor.

See your doctor about your allergies.
Ask your doctor for a referral to a psychiatrist for your obsession with cancer.

Quit crossposting to cancer newsgroups.
If you have more questions, go ask your doctor. If you don't have a doctor, get
one.

Don't bother replying to my reply.
Don't ask any more questions here. These cancer newsgroups are not for
diagnosing problems.
Next time, if there is one, try news:sci.med since they sometimes answer
questions over there.
