| I need some advice because I'm getting a little paranoid here...
I am a 23 year old male from Australia who has been travelling around Europe for the past 4 months.
I have been smoking cigarettes and pot for the last 5 years or so, but would not consider myself a heavy smoker and would even go so far as to say I'm not addicted, though I do enjoy it a lot.
But... since the weekend, every time I inhale some of a cigarette I get a slight pain in my head, just above my left temple. The weekend was pretty rough on my body - I didn't get much sleep. I take a little drugs at some parties every couple of weeks but very rarely go too hard and do not think that it is a big problem, as there are many people who take much much more than I do every week.
I think I am generally quite healthy, do lots of walking and have a healthy diet. Why would this be happening every time I inhale a cigarette? I was thinking maybe it was because of the weekend, not enough sleep or hydration, but now it's Friday and it is still happening. It is only a slight pain, but noticeable. I am praying to god that there isn't something IN there, but is this possible? I am only 23?
I do not have any travel insurance at the moment as my policy has expired and I am low on cash, which is why I haven't seeked any medical advice just yet. I'm hoping it will fix itself.
Any useful thoughts or comments would be appreciated.
Thanks. |
