Author possible nerve damage in hand from Eugenol ?

I was injected with ( eugenol ) into knuckle and its causing me a lot
of pain .. nerve pain amongst other thing..

I have taken anti inflammtories to try to help swelling but I am not
sure it is doing anything..

Should i be concerned , ice it ?

Is there anything i can do to help tingling / numbness and prevent any
ppossible nerve damage ?

there was some blood in syringe when it happened so it may have got
inside the nerve..
