P.S.
It is up to you the consumer to decide whether you want
health care at affordable prices. Stop the FDA from taking
away your path to natural health care.
THE GOVERNMENT MUST NOT BE ALLOWED TO LIMIT
THE FREEDOM OF CHOICE OF AMERICAN CONSUMERS
WHEN IT COMES TO THEIR HEALTH.
Don't Let Congress Overturn the Dietary Supplement Health
and education Act of 1994.
PROTECT YOUR ACCESS TO VITAMINS
AND NUTRITIONAL SUPPLEMENTS
Support S. 1538 and Oppose S. 722
Because the Food and Drug Administration has failed to fully
uphold the law, Congress is looking into making changes that
will undermine many of the freedoms that American consumers
of dietary supplements hold dear.
SUPPORT S. 1538
No more excuses from the Food and Drug Administration!
Give the FDA the resources it needs to implement DSHEA!
This bill will eliminate the Food and Drug Administration's
favorite excuses that it doesn't have enough staff, money or
power to regulate supplements. The FDA has fallen short
when it comes to enforcing the law. Support research that
validates the safety, effectiveness and quality of dietary
supplements. Because dietary supplements come from
natural ingredients, they can't be patented. While this insures
that these products are readily-and affordably - available,
it takes away the ability of manufacturers to recoup research
costs. The bill doubles the funding given to the Office of
Dietary Supplements to expand research and consumer
information about these products. Hold the government
accountable for its actions. This bill will require the FDA
to file annual reports to Congress about how they're regulating
dietary supplements. If they fail in their responsibilities to fully
implement the law, they'll be held accountable.
OPPOSE S. 722
The Food and Drug Administration must not be granted new
and unprecedented authority to subject safe and beneficial
products to additional and unnecessary scrutiny. This bill
would subject nearly all vitamins, minerals, herbal products
and other supplements to a level of scrutiny that is both
unwarranted and unnecessary. Products that have been
used safely for hundreds _ and in some cases, thousands
of years would be subject to clinical evaluation using
standards that are at the complete discretion of the FDA.
Click here to view S. 722.
http://www.nnfa.org/services/government/pdf/s722.pdf
The government must not be allowed to limit the freedom
of choice of American consumers when it comes to their health.
By questioning the safety of any dietary supplement that
receives even one complaint, hundreds of products that
have been safely and beneficially used could be removed
from the marketplace. Under this new legislation, the FDA
has complete discretion to make this determination, regardless
of whether the product was used under conditions cautioned
against by the manufacturer on the label.
The government must not be allowed
to single-out dietary supplements.
By almost every measure, and by a wide margin, dietary
supplements can be used more safely than conventional foods
and OTC drugs. Yet this legislation exempts foods in these
product categories from being classified as stimulants.
Specifically, the bill unfairly excludes the most common
"stimulant" ingredient in foods -_ caffeine.
TAKE ACTION NOW!
This bill could be added to existing Senate legislation at
any time. We need you to take two vital steps:
1) immediately let your Senators know that you
support S. 1538 and ask them to co-sponsor the bill.
2) ask them to oppose S. 722.
E-MAIL YOUR SENATORS NOW
To email your Senators simply go to:
http://capwiz.com/nnfa/issues/alert/?alertid=4089036
Enter your ZIP code in the "Take Action Now" box.
Make any changes you feel necessary to the sample letter,
and click "submit." A copy of your letter will be sent to the
two U.S. Senators from your state. A copy of the letter will
also be sent to you confirming which Senators received the letter.
Call your Senators now. To reach your Senators' offices, call
them either through the Capitol Hill switchboard at (202) 224-3121
or directly at their Washington, D.C. or local offices. When you
reach your Senator's office, ask to speak with the staff member
in charge of health-related issues. To find contact information for
your elected officials, simply click on

An "honest christian business" does not sell products by claiming that
these products will do things that they will not.
An "honest christian business" does not steal advertising by spamming
newsgroups and other forums that do not permit commercial advertising.
An honest "christian business" does not exploit the name of Jesus
Christ for commercial gain.
You, sir, are a liar, a thief, a fraud, a blasphemer, and a spammer of
the worst sort. You prey upon those who are desperately ill, selling
them false hope in the form of products that you claim will help them,
but which--if anything--will harm them.

Perhaps you need to take a good look in the mirror. It is you who
have chosen to muck up these groups, polluting them with inappropriate
and fraudulent advertising, to the detriment of their intended use.

I have news for you - spamming is considered to be "mucking up" of any
newsgroup that doesn't want commercial posts (by far the majority), and is
far more irritating than a drop of vulgarity .....
Like most spammers, you see fit to sass the very people you've already

You are kidding, right? Christians have been slaughtering infidels ever
since they got enough of them together to outnumber the neighbors. Being
"christian" in your faith has little to do with being kind or even merciful,
judging by the behavior of the loudest christians.

Hmmmmmm... What's the next closest religion to Christian? I dunno. And
since when is the name "Rosenberg" Christian? And who are you to say who is
going to go to the pits of hell? I guess I can say anything I want to ya
since I myself am NOT a Christian! Hehehehe.

An "honest christian business" does not sell products by claiming that
these products will do things that they will not.
An "honest christian business" does not steal advertising by spamming
newsgroups and other forums that do not permit commercial advertising.
An honest "christian business" does not exploit the name of Jesus

You, sir, are a liar, a thief, a fraud, a blasphemer, and a spammer of
the worst sort. You prey upon those who are desperately ill, selling
them false hope in the form of products that you claim will help them,

Perhaps you need to take a good look in the mirror. It is you who
have chosen to muck up these groups, polluting them with inappropriate
and fraudulent advertising, to the detriment of their intended use.

I have news for you - spamming is considered to be "mucking up" of any
newsgroup that doesn't want commercial posts (by far the majority), and is
far more irritating than a drop of vulgarity .....
Like most spammers, you see fit to sass the very people you've already
irritated by spamming them when they object to your spam - no wonder
you're having a hard time running your "business" ..... bah, you're not
only a spammer, you're a fool as well ..

Tiger Lily,
Your funny, you assume I am a female, and I go down to
the depths of hell cause even people down there need to
see the light. Plus, I have Psalm 23:4 to back me up.
I'm not scared of the evil, cause it shows the true people
where I stand. What's really funny, is that you keep on
answering, giving this post a higher and higher standing
on the search engines.
I will admit that I was wrong to post advertising on these
specific newsgroups. This is my fault and I am truly sorry.
If people would of been more humanitarian to discuss with
me in a somewhat humanly manner, then I would of been
able to find the rules and regulations at
http://groups.google.com/googlegrou...ting_terms.html
But it also states under those rules that you will not :
"Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal
rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others."
Your not as bad as the others, Tiger Lily, but I have been
dealing with e-mail and newsgroup jerks for years. At
least you keep your defaming down to a minimum.
The one thing people keep on forgetting about these
newsgroups is that there is freedom of speech. We can
say anything we want here, there are only a few groups
that are actually moderated. I wish there was more
moderation, as to say that your message is pre-viewed
before posting, and then put into an appropriate section,
but this just isn't possible with over 2 trillion messages
out there, and over a million messages posted each day.
Besides, if there was any help within these message areas,
then people wouldn't come off so angry when a person
makes a mistake. They would be able to control their
aggression and turn it into something that helps others,
instead of stoning them to death.
Liquid Memory
P.S. By the way, snake oil therapies have been out there
since before Jesus was born. Didn't the wise men give
Jesus frankincense, which has the ability to calm and
center the mind and to cease mental chatter, agitation,
and worry.
I think some of the people on here need this really bad.

I have a poem for you Lily
Eye for an Eye, Tooth for a Tooth.
You come against me, I come against you.
You piss me off, I piss off you.
It's only fair and that's the truth.
So treat me like, I would treat you,
and you won't come out looking like a fool.
I have done nothing to anyone, and I have GOD'S
proof to that. I posted in the wrong AREA'S.
I don't think GOD counts that as a SIN!
If your GOD does, I feel sorry for you.

Excuse me, but do you actually have
anything relevant to put in or are you
one of those TROLLS that loom on

TROLL
An electronic e-mail message, Usenet posting or other
(electronic) communication which is intentionally incorrect,
but not overtly controversial, or the act of sending such a
message. Trolling aims to elicit an emotional reaction from
those with a hair-trigger on the reply key. A really subtle
troll makes some people lose their minds. (1994-10-17)

So what you want is "free speech" to post your unwanted crap in every
newsgroup, but "moderation" to prevent others from posting what they
think of your abusive behavior.
Your attempts to portray yourself as a victim are wearing thin. You
are no victim.
* You are a blasphemer who takes the name of Jesus Christ in vain
for your own selfish commercial gain.
* You are a swindler who sells products that you know damn well
will not do what you claim they will do.
* You are a criminal of the lowest sort; preying upon those who
are desperately ill, trying to sell them bogus cures and
treatments that--if anything--will harm them.
* You are a spammer, polluting these newsgroups with your
unwelcome advertising and your abject whining.
There is no insult that comes anywhere close to being adequate to
describe you.
You are not welcome in these newsgroups. Go away, and never come back.

Nothing wrong with Bob. But you're, as opposed to "your" a pest!

Heh heh, spellflamers do this to themselves SO often you'd think it'd dawn
on them that spellflaming is a fool's game exclusively. One doesn't have
to write a carefully constructed drama before reading rather than having a
conversation, & nobody has to write multiple drafts & revisions before
jabbering on Usenet. If the spello doesn't hamper comprehensibility, it's
close enough. These spell flames are like interupting an intelligent
dinner conversation about something substantive in order to continuously
correct others for split infinitives & dangling participles. Except
spellflamers are even dumber because their own works are never typo-free &
it so often turns laughable.

| Whatever Julie, but I have been praying
for you. Hope you have a wonderful day.

P.S. Julie, I think you might have OCD, because
you've posted to just this message thread 40 times.
You might want to consider going to your doctor
and see if he can help you with this problem.
