Daniel,
On the TV show, Cops, they like to use the taser on a "unruly" subject,
but they back that up with a glock nine, just in case. Sometimes the cops
can just restrained the individual with nights ticks and choke holds. Or
they can do a "talk down", which is preferable to all party involved.
