| I have walls around my room and there might be a sniper guarding my
door. Even if the sniper does not exist, it is good for my pyschology to
believe he exists, similar to believing in God. On a certain level, the
projected thought can be intimidating to an enemy, whether the sniper is
truly there or not.
Some malicious brujos will deliberately project a thought as part of a
deceptive mind ploy, but my projection would be more mistake than ploy.
The sniper might truly be out there.
I am an honest person, but not perfect.
