1. When the third party pays, I avoid.
2. Mercenary. Impersonal.
3. Materialist Motiff: You pay, I do.
4. It is good to have a relationship with co-workers and managers.
5. XXXXXXX co-workers and managers exist.
6. It is not good to disrespect a subordinate.
7. Studs are not necessarily good.
8. Heartbreak is not necessarily apparent.
9. Pull is not the same as heartbreak.
10. Heartbreak can lead to depression, cynicism, and somertimes death.
