| i went to my pdocs yesterday and she uped my anti- pshycotic and and my
anti- anxiety medicene. i told her that i did not want a anti-depressent due
to the sexual side effects. i may have made a mistake in this. maybe.
i told her about my exs protection order going null in a couple of days i
told her i would call for a counsellor to talk to if he did show up. so i am
hopeful that i will not need to call for a counsellor. i hope.
taking more of this medicine is causing me to be very tired. very. i slept
for the longest time.
i am dreading election day for two reasons. protection order is no longer
in effect and the election day itself. fights galore here that day. two
democrats two republicans. god it is going to suck.
does anyone have anything happy to report? something upliftting?hmm

My father is coming homefrom the hospital this coming tuesday,after he
had his big toe amputate.. Right now he's in a rehab to learn to walk,
etc again.
So, thats me good news.

i am glad that he is coming home, but it is horrible that he had to have
his big toe amputated , what happened, why was it necsarrirary to amputate
his toe?
again good news his coming home. but losing a toe is not good at all. i am
so sorry.

it's no big deal unless you are having a lot of sex. anti-psychotics
can have sexual side-effects too.

my toes feel much better i turned up the heater in my room and they are
usually nice and toasty now. thanks for asking.

a big deal to me , even if i aint getting me any . i get grouchy when i cant
relieve the pressure i feel sometimes. very grouchy.
