The clock on my wall runs in a circle. The seasons run in a circle.
Winter, spring, summer, fall. Repeat. Yin, yang. Light to dark, then
light to dark again.

Scientists say that time is linear. I suspect that we may one day discover
that time is only a mental construct of the physical universe and does not
exist outside the physical plane.

The reality will be eternal, circular, coming around again and again.
