you know, well you don't so here it goes.

thy brain is thy battery.

i could never understand why assault and battery is described as assault
being the verbal threat and battery being the actual physical attack. in
war the assault is usually throughout history been the actual attack,
physically and the battery, well the battery has been the power source
hasn't it all along? so why the difference in definition, a definition that
goes against history?

we're all electrical. pretty soon, the nearest paralyzed person could be
the total intelligence command center for thy neighborhood defense. thinner
than wafer thin implants now attached by smaller than small electrodes to
the human brain is now allowing (from two different sources) two different
men to move mouse cursors and or more than that simply by wires to the
brain, the brain thought to the computer by wires. paralysis doesn't remove
instinct. a reminder here, many a deaf person could see like no other, many
a blind person could hear like no other, both far better than those with
either or both faculties.

i cannot forget the massive power outage that struck america a few years ago
now. all because of a bird. was it really a crow? not to long after that,
one night out at harrys of hyannis, as some band playing on open microphone
night (think, john so and so from fox news), as they readied to continue
playing, i ought not to laugh at this, but imagine being related to mr. and
mrs. non lethals themselves, stuff that includes microwaves (think the movie
scanners for a moment here) and talking with someone about of all things non
lethals and fox news john, john, you know that blonde older guy with
glasses, that john. well not that john, but like i've always said,
"everybody has a twin". i think that bands name was dime store something or
another. so using a cell phone out there on the cold deck with christmas
lights strung up and on, as i finished my sentence about crows and power
outages and non lethals, wouldn't you know it but the lights blinked out on
the deck there, i refer to the christmas lights. well of all places for
electricity to run amock, i then watched the band try to figure out why
their p. a. system was humming loudly. this had occured within seconds
after the lights outside had flickered. hey i'm all for free speech, this
isn't the hardest stuff to figure out. viels of terror make for good gags
too. don't be spilling the beans here okay?

if any of you read my last post/email titled "thy sliver of synchronicity"
you'll probably remember about my visit to www.brucespringsteen.net and the
fact that i left the original draft there, well a copy of it. it was while
i was waiting for the popup box to come to conclusion, meaning actually let
me know my post had made it, it was then this battery to my power box -
short circuit preventer box went "haywire" for the first time ever. for
some reason, after i had closed that popup box, the beeper fell silent. it
wasn't too long after that i found someone quoting springsteens "janie don't
lose heart'. he had left the first word out. the man hails from, well
anywhere really but it became obvious that as google listed mugshots.com (or
is it .net first) for i had done a search on this person name, that this
person, who had according to mugshots, used a laser guided rifle to kill
several persons here in the states, might have a heart for one or a whole
lot of person all over the place.

okay, far fetched indeed. far far away to the south of the usa in a country
i've not heard or seen or read a word of since the olympics, well this
person could actually be. all things considered, he is of latin descent.
anyone see that terrorist alert of a man veiled who might be at least, far
superior to most when it comes to speaking english yesterday? no, the
mugshot man and the terrorist aren't one in the same but i say to you, well
write to you, um., um. anyone seen the movie "red dawn" before with patrick
swayze? how about the book with the white housegetting nuked on the cover
titled "the 40 minute war" by non other than the former neighbor of kruschev
when he was in hyannis and still the neighbor of senator ted kennedy, mr.
and mrs. non lethals themseles, janet and chris morris of
http://www.m2tech.us and thieves world fame?

so this english speaking terrorist who claims should bush win, there will be
american blood pouring in the streets of america really is bold to get up on
tape. you damn well know there is some seriously good video people who
actually love this country who i believe probably already have deveiled that
man. batteries, brains, brains, batteries, batteries, electricity,
electricity, power plant, power plant, nuclear facility. crows, crows fly,
pigs don't fly but well they could but very involuntarily too. how long has
that bunker in iraq been unlocked now? so the satelites didn't see anything
unusual so the news reports say. say, writing of that, did i tell you about
the time i was landscaping way out in dennis mass when all of the sudden, a
military jeep came by, a red apple cadillac drove by and both went around
the end of the streets circle there and drove away? i was alone on that
street, except for the former miilitary mans wife who i had watched go
inside her place from across the street from me. all i know is that there
was no gas lines with caps in the middle of the street. i think it's high
time for me to bring that 60 minutes and discovery inteview - documentary on
non lethal weapons over to www.c3tv.org here in yarmouth for i find that the
best example of invisibility cloaking is to well, watch the video of it.
anyone who has seen it, well then you probably believe me when i write to
those new to this that, it essentially looks like rising gas which explains
the "yes what" i heard from a small rising gas area about man sized high in
the middle of the street as i kept sweeping up the sand from the embankment
carved out earlier that day by my long departed boss at the time.

m2 technologies basically states, okay, we're relying on you to live quite
aware on the streets. after all, terrorism acts in cells, so can we. about
crows, well it's a long story but "when that crow flies, it'll guide you on"
is a lyric in a song of mine from "the performance, the warning, the
blueprint of 9/11" live improv a-cappella song made up here in hyannis, a
town or two over from where i am, by me, 13 days prior to that fateful day.
out southern border is well, not so protected and then again, neither is our
northern border. how hard can it be to take a drive in the country and
bring home the biggest box of fireworks this nation never wants handled
without care? thy brain is thy battery, thy battery is thy power, thy power
is thy heart and soul of freedom. "remember a time devoid of fight,
delights of innocent days and or nights, inhibitions left behind while in
bliss, sharing the splendours of nakedness, nobody knew the meaning of lies
and nobody heard any painful cries, for nobody dared and nobody tried, to
keep a soul from being alive, believe me somebody has tried. - "act of
mercy" by yours truly, william k. mahler. one, the start number, essentialy
whole from nothing, zero. three and five, the odd numbers each having a
center. it's 3:15, no correct me, it's 3:16, hey what did john say in 3:16?
headlights like the ones about 50 yards south of me now......battery indeed.

I only read the first two paragraphs before deciding that your article
is too "american".

"i could never understand why assault and battery is described as
assault
being the verbal threat and battery being the actual physical attack."
That is not how they are defined everywhere in the world.

"well the battery has been the power source hasn't it all along?"
Actually battery isn't the correct term. A "cell" is the more correct
term for what we commonly call a "batter" (which is why you american's
call mobile phones cell phones). Also you are twisting the definition
of the word "battery" around.

"paralysis doesn't remove instinct. a reminder here, many a deaf
person could see like no other, many a blind person could hear like no
other, both far better than those with
either or both faculties."
It's not "instict" that isn't lost but rather the mind. The brain
continues to stay intact even after paralysis (unless the paralysis was
caused by a stroke, which would have an effect on the brain).

well, consider this,

if the yamamato could be salvaged 300 years after world war two and be used
as a space ship to save planet earth from the evil gamelon, if the
communicator were to have turned into nothing more than a halloween costume
addon, if, if,

well there is a reason why godzilla could spout nuclear fire, i think
he/she/it was related to your average chameleon, a plant eating little
lizard. i mean after all, it is the plant, thy leaf of all creatures of the
world that has been proven to carry electrical impulse.

hey, wasn't it kind of fun having those buzzers attached to the palm of your
hand going up to give someone a handshake?

weren't those quiet, dark and tunnel loving, under armed vietnamese on the
right track to driving our soldiers batsheit crazy considering that those
vietnamese didn't have radios and some how managed to get the word around to
each other while around our soldiers campsites?

when was the last time you ate eel, electric eel?

i do recall a breeze out on the deck that had trees near it, nice small ones
too.

i mean remember those days of taking a empty tin can and tying a string to
it connected to another tin can?

early stage radar was nothing more than a big circle with black and white
screeens.

about chameleons, ya know, when was the last time you saw one when that
chameleon really wanted not to be seen?

ya don't believe for a second that 60 minutes and discovery channel solely
left it up to me to keep a video tape of both shows just for me to bring
them to c3tv? okay, okay, so i told quite the few thousands of people of who
knows where all about our public broadcast wonders.

did i ever tell you about that nice young and nubile cash register attendant
from romania that knew me from their t. v. systems over there? oh yea, it
was a night at the wellfleet drive in that she recognized me. that little
country, isn't it near to slobadon milosovichs former country, the one where
former presidential candidate wesley clarke came in and kicked arse?

there is a reason why he was on t. v. the same day i decided to write "the
sliver of synchronicity".

ya really don't believe that there will be total peace on earth, i mean,
chameleons go number 1 and 2 making some little ant a bit angry and so on
and so on...
